In creating the new Shu Uemura site experience, the designs and user experience needed to emphasize the "the art of hair" behind the salon professional brand, in addition to providing a luxurious best-in-class, streamlined shopping experience for both new and existing customers. The Kérastase experience needed to embody and represent the new brand positioning, in addition to providing an optimized shopping experience.
